Sr. Project Manager Location: Torrance, CA---F2F Interview Duration: 12 Months Job Purpose/ Description: * Responsible for systems analysts and application development activities through direct and indirect staff. * Directs development teams in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices. * Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project objectives are met in a timely manner. * Manages multiple large, complex projects with greater impact on the enterprise. * Excels at delivering projects on time and within budget, meeting high quality standards and customer expectations. Required education/experience: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field. * Project Management Certification preferred. * 8 plus years of IT work experience and project management. * Excellent understanding of IT and its alignment with business processes. * Excellent understanding of SDLC. * Manages multiple projects or workstreams of the highest complexity. * Excellent human resource management skills.
