Summary
Proven ability to organize workload and priorities and complete tasks on time
and to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Perform SQL queries on MS SQL databases and analyze results.
Design, develop, test and support SQL Server 2005 and 2008 databases.
Create adhoc queries, build reports, develop SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
SSIS package development for complex data processing with SQL Server
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create innovative business
solutions.
Serve as a resource for executing ad-hoc data requests, custom reports, test
scenarios, data migration, data analysis and quality assurance testing.
Provide data processing support for internal business clients.
Ensure that data projects are consistently on-scope and on-time.
Implement standard processes for formatting and converting electronic data
files so that turnaround times are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
Minimum three (3) years experience working on complex data analysis projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of T-SQL and SSIS; SSRS good to have
Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills
Experience creating complex SQL queries/stored procedures is required.
Ability to work effectively in situations involving uncertainty, ambiguity or
lack of
information.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a
problem logically and systematically.
Ability to express complex technical and abstract concepts effectively both
verbally and in writing.
Ability to interact with all levels of managers and end-users in the
organization.
5+ years experience SQL Server Database development/ analysis.
3+ years experience: designing, developing, testing and support SQL Server 2005
and 2008 databases
2+ years experience with SSIS package development
Bachelors Degree preferred
