Job Title: HP Quality Center Test Lead Location: Akron, OH Duration: 6 Months Rate: Best Description: Need for an experienced Test Lead with the ability to gather all requirements (Business, Technical, Functional) from Project Team. The following are the MINIMUM requirements1. Strong background (4+ recent years) in HP Quality Center that includes setting up. a. Requirements b. Business Components c. Test Plan d. Test Lab e. Includes Win Runner and LoadRunner2. Ability to run, monitor, route defects in testing process and/or3. Monitor, assigned work to manual testers4. High level individual with strong communication skills (MUST BE CLOSE to 10 of 10 on verbal & written communication, presentation, comprehension and business acumen)5. Ability to function effectively in a collaborative project environment. Knowledge of HR projects running in SAP and mainframe environment is a HUGE plus.
