File-Aid is quite common from Compuware but there is a part of it that does test data generation that may work. I can provide more info if you have someone with some of these skills. POSITION Data Tool Architect/Data Security Specialist - The candidate filling this position will participate in a software testing department's internal software test data generator/data scrubbing tool evaluation initiative for one of our premier international media clients in Minneapolis, MN. The Data Tool Architect/Data Security Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and providing an independent assessment of the software application test data generation and test data management internal strategy of our client to assure their approach to long-term test data creation and management is sound and one that is aligned with industry data management best practices. The Data Tool Architect/Data Security Specialist will interview technical and Subject Matter Experts; perform system analysis; diagram system work flows; and evaluate test data generation and/or data scrubbing approaches and scenarios being considered by our client. This candidate will be a key contributor to Ajilon's over all Findings Report presented to our client when the project is complete. Ajilon's Data Tool Architect/Data Security Specialist receives guidance and direction on a day-to-day basis from the Ajilon Senior Quality Consultant/Lead. Experience and Education Essential Experience and Capability -- This position requires: Ø years experience and considered an expert in their field Ø Extensive experience in test data generation and data scrubbing best practices and industry techniques Ø Prior experience in solving large scale software test data security issues by applying off-the-shelf software tools including many of the leading test data generator tools like File-Aid from Compuware, or test data scrubbing and management tools like Data Subset and Data Privacy from Informatica Ø Prior project base experience in synthesizing test data to create specific and controlled test data for large scale testing organizations. Ø A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science (or equivalent experience). Ø Very competent Windows application user skills. Ø Good written and verbal communication skills. Ø Experience at writing software defect reports. Ø The ability to communicate on a technical as well as a non-technical level. Ø The ability to understand applications from a technical and business perspective. Ø The candidate to be a proven team player with strong interpersonal skills possessing a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with varying priorities. Ø Ability to make sound decisions based on business, technology, and QA guidelines.
