Position : * **Business Analyst* who has extensive* **Financial Services*experience. Location: Long Island City (Queens) NY. (Phone Screen then F2F) Duration: 8+ month extendable project. *Job Description/Responsibilities:* · In a Production Support capacity, provide Business Analysis and Project Management within client's Treasury that focuses on the areas of risk management, financial forecasting, and transfer pricing utilizing the QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) system. · Troubleshoot reported issues in an organized fashion (i.e. break down issues into their component parts to solve the problem). · Provide rapid response and timely communication to the relevant Front Office/Treasury Risk Management system end users on the status and resolution progress of reported issues. · Work closely with the system development staff, system administrators, information security officers, and the production control group to bring issues to closure. · Coordinate/schedule required maintenance tasks to ensure a stable production environment. · Provide timely and detailed documentation of production issues and change requests utilizing the Request Management System. · Manage support/minor enhancement projects; this includes system integration testing. · Prepare project plans, agendas, and minutes to weekly project status meetings. · Ensure projects follow Citigroup processes and meet Information Security policy requirements. *Job Requirements:* · Bachelor in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering · Advanced degree in finance and/or CFA preferred · * **5+ **years business analysis experience in the Financial Services industry* · * **3+ **years experience problem solving in support of business applications* · Proficiency with* **SQL* and* **advanced* spreadsheet skills required · Knowledge of* **QRM* is a plus · Experience supporting third party applications and* **ETL*, desired · Experience with risk management, forecasting, transfer pricing business flows, desired Thanks & Regards *Kristina* *I.T.
