* * * * *.Net Programmer with TFS exp* *Duration : 6mts* *Location: Cleveland, OH* RESPONSIBILITIES Works under direction of Application Development Manager to independently write, test, debug, and modify existing computer programs (i.e., assignments generally involve writing medium to large programs, but infrequently may involve writing large & complex programs) using high-level computer language. Analyzes and designs complex computer information systems, designs and documents logical flow of programs & sequential or index files, debugs & tests program adequacy, performs program functions (e.g., compile, file maintenance) with program utilities, tests computer-generated outputs, writes job control language to create program parameters and/or to execute programs, writes program & user documentation. Assists in conducting user interviews to understand business processes, provides technical computer assistance/information to users. Assists and/or trains lower-level programmer/analysts in computer programming and systems design; troubleshoots and corrects computer-related problems; trains users, coordinates work with data entry and/or production staff. Researches and refers to technical computer manuals for problem resolution; attends training classes & seminars & attends meetings to discuss projects, policies &/or procedures. Performs other duties as assigned as they relate to programming/analysis.
