*LOCATION:* Whitehouse Station, NJ *DURATION:* 3 months+ (first phase – will be extensions for up to 18 months) *START DATE:* Immediately (1-2 weeks) *TRAVEL:* 75% *RATE: *Based on experience *+ Expenses* *DESCRIPTION:* The qualified candidate will be responsible for *interfacing with the individual business units and applications groups* to capture, validate and refine the existing requirements, business processes, security controls and key technical details for extending the existing *Oracle Identity Analytics* *(formerly Sun Role Manager)* and *Sun Identity Manager* environment. They will develop and maintain the process workflows, role framework and other key configuration details, while ensuring that the appropriate controls are defined, documented and enforced. The Technical Analyst will work with the Lead Architect and the development team to *translate security policies, data mappings, process flows, certification and reporting needs* and other critical business-related information into specifications for building the working system. *SKILLS REQUIRED:* *Familiarity with the Sun Identity Manager version 8.x is required* as well as a *background in analysis and data gathering* techniques from both business and technology perspectives. The qualified candidate should be well-versed in process capture methodologies and understand the data life-cycle as it relates to Identity and Access Management delivery. A data analysis background is required and a familiarity with data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) concepts is a must. The candidate should have experience with compliance certification and reporting principles and have been involved in at least one recent project where regulatory compliance was a key driver.
