Responsibilities: * Hands on focus with the ability to lead a team of developers (8-10) in a mixed shore model, to build solutions that meet business requirements * You will be developing and designing Enterprise Solutions using TIBCO tools (Active Matrix, BPM. ESB. etc), Websphere tools (Application Server, Portal, Portlet Factory, Customer Center / MDM, MQ, etc), and Ab Initio tools. * You will be developing and designing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based components consumed at a Global Enterprise Scale. * Good Written and Verbal communication skills, to document, report on, and review required project artifacts (High Level Design Documents, Design Review, Code Review, Operations Runbooks, etc) Requirements Experience: * 5-10 years Experience working with tech stack mentioned above or similar tools. * Proven track record for influencing Solution Designs and working with matrixed teams to deliver projects. * Basic foundational understanding of Enterprise computing capabilities (Unix, Networking, Database, SQL, JAVA, C/C++, etc) * Positive Attitude and Good problem solving skills.
