LogiXML Subject Matter Expert - The candidate will be responsible for solution design, training, mentorship, development, installation, administration, user community coordination, maintenance and overall health of the LogiXML environment. - Must be able to analyze and evaluate the LogiXML tool and Understand a wide range or telecom processes and business expertise. - Proven ability to access and analyze customer requests; advanced level software knowledge in LogiXML; critical-thinking and analysis skills; proven history of exceptional customer service; advanced level communications and organizational skills. - Excellent work ethic, self-starter, attention to details and attendance are crucial. - Must have excellent project management skills and be able to work in an atmosphere of ambiguity and with little supervision. - Solution development, installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting of LogiXML implementations in a shared environment - Work with IT and business users to resolve support and technical questions - Provide support to the business community in leveraging the LogiXML platform, - Contribute to coordination and planning of all LogiXML related activities Requirements: BA or BS in business, Telecom Environment or related field. - Proven subject Matter expertise with the LogiXML tool. - Experience in a lead role in managing a team of technical staff and in communicating with different levels of users and management - Excellent verbal and written communication, including status reports to business partner - Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills *Please send your Resumes with Contact Details to : [email protected]* -- Introduce business in 3800 cities.
