Virtualization Engineer * Duration* *:* 1year ** *Location:* Madison *,*WI Required Skills: 1)Strong *VMware and CITRIX technologist* - strong background a must! 1)*Participate in the design, development and deployment of virtual environments* to address business needs if clients; work directly with the overall management of the virtual infrastructure including administration and performance management. 2)Strong technical skills in the following areas: Server virtualization technologies including *VMware suite of solutions and CITRIX.* 3)Ability to work collaboratively as a team w/other Technologists to support deadlines; ability to work independently as well. 4)Provide operations and maintenance support to VMware Infrastructure across both the server and desktop platforms. 5)Assist in qualifying new system resource requirements that are to be deployed as virtual servers. 6)Analyze software and hardware constraints to plan for new user requirements. 7)Monitor performance of virtual infrastructure 8)Perform diagnostics on system operations to identify problems and trends, verify network performance, and identify potential user requirements. 9)Experience supporting a large enterprise infrastructure.
