Role: Peoplesoft HR Functional Consultant
Duration: 5 months + Location: Norwalk CT Rate Goal: open based on experience Job Description: PeopleSoft functional resource to help support the NA HR System Experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft Modules HR, Base Benefits, NA Payroll, Position Management, PS Security Experience developing and maintaining interfaces Skilled in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project, and Viso MS Access skills a plus Bi-Lingual Spanish or Portuguese desired, but not required We are looking for a PeopleSoft functional consultant, not a technical resource. The person should be very skilled in Excel and some Access skills would be nice. PeopleSoft Functional expert who can help with System Configuration, Testing, Training and End User support for one or more of the following PeopleSoft Modules for Version 8.9: HR, Payroll (US & Canada), Base Benefits, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Security, Position Management, Query Perform configuration, setup and testing support for new modules and business processes. . Administer role-level system security and workflow configurations. . Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests. . Develop system specifications for projects to meet new business requirements. . Working with the Manager, HR Systems and Process Improvement, participate in project planning and administration, including issue tracking, project roll-out, communications and end-user training. . Develop test plans to ensure reliable project implementation. .
