*Please send your resumes to: [email protected]* with contact details Description This position is responsible for delivery of program management supporting IT Projects in the Business Management and Operations team within the client’s Information Technology. - Characteristics include: strong client relationship management, strong influence management, project definition planning, schedule and cost performance, excellent listening skills, and the ability to collaborate as part of a team. - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build concise yet thorough project communications, business case, and other management deliverable artifacts as supported by the project plan. - Able to demonstrate leadership to deliver project milestones and artifacts on time and within budget; manage scope, issues and risks, escalating to leadership as appropriate; manage a tight change control process to ensure project scope is delivered as expected; and identify, define, and make operational the appropriate metrics and measurement systems to identify success of the effort and to ensure activities are sustained. - Ability to drive large programs resulting in organizational change through influence management across a federated business model with the objective to gain alignment of independent business units. - The objective is the adoption of a management process to improve the process to monitor measure and report on the cost of IT activities. - This role is expected to apply proven Program Management Methodologies to ensure a best practice implementation. - Work directly with clients to manage expectations surrounding project scope, deliverables, schedule and cost. - Manage the development of the change management process and adoption plan to operationalize the process in the client environments. Qualifications This candidate should have a history of Program Management experience for large financial programs within Information Technology with a focus on client relationship, influence management, people management and scope/schedule/cost management, and a proven track record of successful program delivery. - Demonstrated ability to determine the key project issues and resolve or escalate as appropriate. - The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of and extensive experience in Project Program Management tools for supporting an effective implementation. - Demonstrated ability to conduct facilitated sessions with internal team and client. Preferred Qualifications - Evidence of large scale successful implementation of Programs for which the candidate was directly accountable. - Direct large scale industry experience required (Finance, Healthcare and large scale IT operations a plus). Required Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in Project Program Management in a large-scale environment is required. - Work in consulting a plus.
