* * * * *Sharepoint Admin/Support* * Duration : 5mts+ * *Location: Neenah, WI * Project or Assignment Detail: Assist with BW Stabilization tasks around process improvement and Transition tasks related to moving our SharePoint sites and content. Tasks include modifying and creating SharePoint sites to improve our communication, collaboration and documentation. Primary Technology: SharePoint 2007 user and site owner/administrator technologies; experience using *Excel and Excel Services within SharePoint is highly desired. * Required Technical Skills: Experience doing *SharePoint site configuration, creating sites, modifying the web parts on a site and the configuration of the web parts. * Expected Deliverables: Improved SharePoint customer facing site used for notifications of delays, outages, upcoming events, etc. implemented for all our landscapes. Shared knowledge base established and populated - centralizing various existing content into one, easily-accessible location. Team processes established to sustain improvements in ongoing communication and documentation. Daily Tasks: Monitor timeliness and quality of communications using the SharePoint site. Working on projects to implement a shared knowledge base for team members, utilizing SharePoint. Assisting with process improvement that have been identified as key for ongoing stabilization of our technologies and improving communication with customers of our technologies.
