*Purpose of Position: *
The Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and refine reporting to
support, inform and drive Client’s business decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.

*The Business Intelligence Analyst will:*
• Provide Reporting and Analytics to support marketing by
providing actionable business intelligence regarding user behavior on the
site using Omniture website analytics.
• Design clear and concise reporting using Business Objects to
deliver insights into customer and business metrics.
• Proactively monitor key business performance indicators and
bring observations and insights about the data to Marketing and Senior
management.
• Manage weekly executive reporting for Client. Take ownership
of ensuring reporting is completed accurately and on time every week.
Clearly communicate data trends in written and verbal communications and
provide insights and opinions to management.
• Set the reporting strategy and development for client.Set
priorities and determine action plans for integrating website, sales and
customer data reporting.
• Drive the integration of Omniture data with back end
customer data to provide better business intelligence.
• Act as subject matter expert for Business Objects reporting
and work with IT business intelligence counterparts to determine best data
structure and reporting automation measures.
• Manage analytics vendor relationships to include negotiation
of terms and rates, pushing vendors to performance, ensuring holiday
readiness and performance/support from vendors.
• Problem solving and resolution – when problems arise with
vendors, quickly identify and implement solutions to mitigate any reporting
gaps.
• Act with extreme speed and efficiency to meet data queries
for decision making, especially during peak holiday periods.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics or related field
required
• 5+ years of marketing analytics experience, with at least 3
years website analytics
• Expertise with Omniture site analytics tools (Super User
preferred)
• Expertise with customer data, prefer Business Objects
familiarity
• Extremely high level of expertise with Excel
• Understanding of customer feedback and web monitoring tools
• Keen eye for detail
• Multi-tasker who is unbelievably organized
• Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a
challenging, fast-paced environment and prioritize many tasks across various
teams within the organization
• Candidate must be willing to undergo personal and financial
background checks
