They must collaborate with other team members and various stakeholders to define customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions. Responsibilities include: implementing user interface designs from UI specifications and product requirements, translating screenshots (images) into XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript with attention to cross-browser compatibility and WCAG/Section 508 accessibility guidelines and assisting software engineers with implementation of client-side code in a multi-tiered environment. 1. 1-3 years applicable experience 2. Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or CIS 3. High level of proficiency with XHTML, JavaScript, DOM scripting, and CSS layout 4. Experience integrating front-end code with one or more server-side languages 5. Experience with .NET technologies and Adobe Flex 3 are a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Ability to work and communicate with business users, product and project managers 8. Good written and verbal communication skills. 9.
