This individual will be working as a database developer for a large Data warehousing/BI project working with Oracle Reports. b.. Needs to have Oracle 10g experience as well as older versions (8,9). c.. Excellent programming skills in developing Oracle Packages, Stored Procedure, Stored Functions, Triggers, Dynamic SQL s and complex PL/SQL routines. d.. Strong experience with Oracle 9i database and Oracle 10g database. e.. Well versed in Application Object Library (AOL). f.. Strong Knowledge and experience with system Administration and Application developer functionality such as Creating Users, Responsibilities, Menus and Form Functions, Registering Concurrent Programs with Concurrent Managers, Registering of Reports, Creation of Additional Concurrent Managers and Maintenance. g.. SQL Tuning in Packages, stored procedures, stored functions, views and Reports UNIX shell scripting h.. Strong Oracle Administrator skills (maintaining EUL, building out meta data layer, development/production environment) i.. Needs to have experience with participating, performance tuning, j.. The higher level candidate will need experience architecting, designing, blue printing, etc. Will be very hands on position as far as writing scripts to generate tables, database parameters, physical database storage parts etc. Individual needs to have excellent knowledge of database warehouses.
