The Hourly rate is DOE. * * *JOB DESCRIPTION: * Job Title: Business Analyst Describe the project/role description and skills required: (Please be as detailed as possible): This individual needs strong analytical skills, both technical software and hardware. A solid BA, with strong technical and analytic background, as well as any other Project management background would be a bonus. Expected skills will include requirements gathering, data analysis, documentation and communications. Network experience/knowledge is preferred. Publish requirements into the Requisite Pro/Rational tools, as required. Facilitates data mapping exercises, working with vendors and internal resources. Gathers business requirements by conducting meetings/interviews. Creating test cases and uses cases. Coordinates, develops and executes system and acceptance test plans. Assists project leadership in designing the approach for a project, estimating/planning, and setting technical direction. On some projects this individual will also be expected plan, develop, coordinate and implement administrative activities. Business Analyst experience with experience in data modeling, requirements gathering and application development experience.
