1. Strong knowledge of BizTalk capabilities, BizTalk development, implementation, services orchestration, configuration and tuning required. 2. Experience with Production implementations of BizTalk required 3. Experience with relational databases. 4. Strong overall understanding of BizTalk architecture and core components, pub/sub architecture, content based-routing, maps, schemas, promoted properties, distinguished fields 5. Strong understanding of orchestrations and when to use them. How to use transactions and scopes. What are persistence points? How to handle exceptions? Direct binding. 6. Some understanding of messaging patterns such as aggregator, splitter, convoy, etc., 7. Understanding how to process flat files. 8. Good knowledge of Business Rules Engine (BRE) and how to use it. 9 Knowledge of Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), how activities are defined and how data is captured within application, how to aggregate data 10. Define requirements on system functions, system controls as wells as for system integrations. • Analyze transaction and pricing errors related to OTC derivatives. • Analyze business process flows in Credit Risk Management and how each group interacts with the systems. • Facilitate requirement discussions and prioritization meetings between technology and business groups. • Function independently throughout the lifecycle of system development project and be a strong team player. Coordinate between different teams, follow-up on issues through resolution, and escalate potential risks to management as needed. • Perform user acceptance testing, which may involve quantitative analysis on test results. Must be detail oriented and have adequate data analysis skills. • Provide user onboard of new system functions and document training materials. • Support user inquiries on systems functionality and data. Required Skills and experiences: • Experience in Financial Service/Brokerage industry and financial applications • Knowledge in credit risk management concept and practice. • Experienced in project management and be able manage resource and project timeline. • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for extensive data analysis needs. Proficiency in MS Office suite such as Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Visio. • Extensive experience in translating functional requirement to technical requirements. Highly experienced in requirements gathering, system and data flow analysis, functional specifications, use-case writing, process and design diagrams. • Strong problem solving skills. Be able to work efficiently under pressure.
