Job Title: Senior Rational QA Tester Duration: 6+ Months Location: Detroit, MI Need only OPT's/EAD's/GC/Citizens ONLY!!! Requirements: Test Lead/Performance Test Analyst responsible for coordinating and executing small to large functional and performance test efforts. Create formal test strategies plans, estimate test effort and manage test efforts (all test cycles) Analyze business requirements and technical specification documents to develop test cases and scenarios Work with business and technical resources to analyze problems encountered in testing and determining changes required to correct problems Coordinate user acceptance testing Identify and gather test data Log test results/defects and perform test results analysis Verify test results Report testing statuses and results to project teams and management through reports and presentations Effectively lead test teams in order to produce quality test deliverables Create QA Metrics; Create performance test strategies; Document performance scenarios Must have experience with: Scripting of Performance scenarios with Rational Performance Testing (Rational Functional Testing experience will also be considered) Executing Rational Performance Scripts Debugging of Rational Performance scripts Required Experience: 3 -5 years experience in planning, implementing, and facilitating medium to large test projects as a lead/analyst. 2 -3 years with QA metrics (Root Cause reports, S Curve, First Time quality RPTS) 3 -5 years experience as an advanced or sr. performance test specialist 2 -3 years experience with Rational Performance Tester for the following: Creating scripts, Data Pooling, debugging scripts Thanks and Regards, Nick Carter - Data Group Inc.
