The Candidate must have organization skills and experience in setting the stage with proof of concept for further development with a team. Candidates with prior experience as development leads at startup, software solution companies and open source development will be preferred. A track record for developing tools versus using of the shelf products is required. Skills: Front-End Development .Net Active X C# Data Modeling Data Warehousing Java MS PowerPoint SQL Server Application Development MS Excel Additional Skills: . 8-12 years of experience as a lead programmer / systems architect. . Extensive experience with Core Microsoft Technologies, C#, .NET, Win32 and WPF. (conversion of legacy application to new technologies) . Database familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2. . MS Office Programming, COM & ActiveX or VSTO. (Read, load and scrape Excel and PowerPoint data) . SharePoint- Web Parts and customization. . Expertise in web scraping and automation. (Beautiful Soup / HTML Agility Pack or similar) . Experience with Java, Python and VBA. (to Interface with existing systems) . Familiar working with Audit groups under quality guides, CMMR, ISO or similar. . Proven history in application development for turn-key solutions.
