Scope of Tasks:



Responsibilities:

Support the Organizational Change Management lead with the following
activities:

- Stakeholder analysis: provide logistical support, participate or conduct
interviews, develop findings, and

Collaborate in creating recommendations

- Design and prepare communication content and materials for various OCM
milestones, to include newsletters,

Presentations, articles, and web design

- Logistically support and assist in conducting sessions in leadership
development, business readiness and keys

Stakeholder management

- Collaborate project team building creation and delivery, to include
requirement definition, event design and and

Delivery.

- Support OCM lead, deployment and and business readiness teams in
identifying and communicating process and job

Impacts



Skills:

- Familiarity with OCM methodology tied to ASAP phases

- Organization design and development expertise

- Knowledge of and ability to leverage formal and informal communication
channels

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Diagnostic techniques (interviews, surveys and focus groups) to analyze
organizational situations

- Data analysis and action planning expertise.  Ability to handle
confidential/sensitive information.

- Workshop design and facilitation experience

- Team building expertise



40 hours 4X10 work week.
