Please)* Title : *Cognos 8 Business Intelligence* Location : Yardley, PA Duration : 3+ months Contract *Responsibilities:* The consultant will work alone or as a part of a team to implement Cognos based business intelligence solutions across all industries and will help Clients to achieve positive return on investments from their business intelligence investment. *Required Experience and Skills include:* Qualified candidates must have excellent business consulting experience, a strong balance between technical, business, and project management skills and a can do attitude. Required experience and skills include: 3 years of hands-on experience working with Cognos BI products including Cognos 8 (Report, Query, and Analysis Studio), Framework Manager, PowerPlay Studio, and Transformer. 3 years practical experience in workforce with progressive successful accomplishments for their employer and clients. Knowledge of databases & SQL is a must Strong communication and documentation skills Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Business or Computer Science area. Ability to travel within our client region is required *Additional desired skills include:* Familiarity with Metrics Studio and Metrics Designer ETL tool knowledge such as Data Manager and/or Data Stage Experience with UNIX a plus Knowledge of Microsoft reporting tools, SSAS, SSIS or other BI tools *Description: * Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 3 years of hands on experience working with Cognos products.
