For example, 6+mths is acceptable. -what he is looking for is someone who is very strong with J2EE, JavaScript, JQuery and other programming languages. -He does not expect this person to just live and breathe Oracle UCM as there are not enough projects for one to stay employed with just a sole focus in this area.
