*Title*: QA with BPT *Location*: Chicago, IL *Duration*: 6+ months *Rate*: Open *Description*: The focus will be on QTP, BPT and VB Script. *Must Haves:* Ability to design, script and maintain HP QuickTestPro/Quality Center Business Components, using requirements and manual test cases Experience assembling, debugging, maintaining, and executing HP Business Process Tests(BPT) from Quality Center Expertise developing/maintaining all test automation assets in QTP: VBScript; function libraries; shared Object Repositories; Recovery Scenarios *Preferred:* Experience with keyword-driven, data-driven, or hybrid automation frameworks Some development background in a Windows or internet environment (e.g., Visual Basic; ASP net; HTML) Familiarity with testing web services, using tools like soapUI or QTP Add-In *Good to Have:* Familiarity with basic Unix commands, executing shell scripts, reading log files Test Automation Engineer responsible for designing, scripting, executing and analyzing manual tests to implement and maintain a test automation framework. Able to coordinate / lead diverse teams of technical resources when conducting application, UI and database test automation initiatives. Able to develop effective test scripts using HP (Mercury) Quick Test Pro, with Business Process Testing.
