Strong Experience in managing the DB2 / Tivoli Directory Server infrastructure including installation, upgrade, tuning and Multi-master replication on Unix/Linux platforms. Experience in designing and implementing Directory Replication solutions among directory systems such as Active Directory, Novell Directory and Tivoli Directory servers. Familiarity with security architecture design of Weblogic, Webspehere and Apache Tomcat is desirable. Must have excellent communication skills.
