*Job Title : Java Developer Location : Wilmington, DE Duration : 12 month Rate : Market EAD,Green Card,Us Citizens Only* PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - analyzing user requirements to develop functional and technical requirement specifications - coding and testing programs written from provided specifications - defining software development standards and tools - performing code reviews and setting technical direction for resources - determine design and code architecture based on new enhancement requests. - lead offshore development team in meeting deadlines of deliverables - assisting project team in understanding technology alternatives - providing production support and ongoing maintenance for internal and external clients. - documenting completed development or maintenance REQUIREMENTS: - 3-5 years' experience in the design and implementation of Java based web applications - completion of a college degree, preferably in information technology or related field.
