*Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Wilmington, DE Duration : 6 months Rate : $40/Hr* Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups. • Ability to lead focused discussions to achieve specific meeting objectives (strong facilitation skills) • Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements • Ability to work with cross functional teams and to work with / report status to all levels including exempt through EVP • Ability to model business and functional processes • Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments. Excellent written/verbal and interpersonal communication skills, good presentation skills, strong business interviewing skills, strong teamwork orientation, and the ability to work productively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong desire to continue tolearn and gain new skills. Proficiency using the MS Office Suite and MS Visio is mandatory. The Business Requirements candidate will report directly to a Sr Business Definition resource. The qualified candidate will be responsible for interviewing technical and business subject matter experts, tracking project deliverables and outstanding project items, translating the collected information in requirement level documentation according to the Business Definition Business Requirements standards.
