Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups. *Roles and Responsibilities:*** As a Business Analyst, you will serve as liaison between IT and business end-users. General activities: · Work with the business to analyze business requirements and review/produce specifications for any new/change to technology applications. · Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the needs of the LOB from the business and technical perspective. · Work with the development team to ensure that they understand the specifications. Work with operations team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted and helps develop a change management/training plan. Specific activities: · Lead the analysis of project based requests for image archiving systems in conjunction with the Image Technology application development managers. · Work regularly with clients to capture business requirements and work regularly with the Image Technology development teams to ensure the requirements follow the Project Delivery lifecycle from initiation through implementation. · Provide and track resource estimates in conjunction with the development team and finance team. · Assist in the development of high level project plans. · Maintain and track Image Technology project plans for development resources.
