REQUIREMENT: * Must have in-depth experience in Insurance Operations. * In-depth Insurance Industry background: * Very strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Commercial Lines - Underwriting/Premium/Policy side. * Very experienced on the "business" side in the role of a "liaison" between end-users and IT. Needs to understand the business and operations side of P&C Insurance. * Workers Compensation NOT a must unless a complement of Professional Liability, Property & Excess Lines of Business. * Within a shared services environment: reporting to Shared Resource Manager (SRM). * Involved in consulting assignments for internal and external clients. * In-depth experience interviewing end users & developing user requirements. * Experienced in making presentations to senior management.
