Palatka, FL 12 months $45/hr Client: St. John's river water Management District Advanced level experience developing rich internet application using the ArcGIS Server JavaScript API Advanced level experience using and administering and developing with Map and Geoprocessing Services with ArcGIS Server (v9.3.1 or higher) Advanced level experience creating ESRI geoprocessing models and Python development Advanced level experience developing Client/Server and Internet applications using some or all of the following: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, Javascript, XML, Visual Basic, Python, and HTML.
