*Please send resume to [email protected]* * * *EDI Gateway Developer * *Location: Jacksonville, FL* *Duration: 6months* *Rate:40/hr* *Gateway Developer * * * *Job Description:* • Responsible for the Electronic Transaction and EDI Gateways. • The developer needs to be familiar with X12 transactions and be able to come up to speed quickly on different applications. • Overtime and weekend work will be required as necessary to meet project deadlines. • Responsible for working on the real-time electronic gateways that accept healthcare transactions (270, 271, 278, 276, 277, 835, 837) from providers via Availity and interacting with our back-end systems. • Individual pieces of work will be identified by a senior developer and assigned to this role to code and unit test the work; allowing the senior to incorporate it into the larger system. There are other times where the contractor will be given a task to modify and test the main system.
