*Long term Contract* * * *Rate: $55/hr* * * *Job Description: * Minimum 7-10+ years of experience *with the last 4 years as a Tech Lead*with skills in PeopleSoft financials, Demonstrated ability to manage a team size of 10-15 resources Excellent customer facing skills with verbal and written communication, Well versed with estimation, planning, scheduling and allocating tasks, Review functional specs with onsite team and/or create them as needed, Create corresponding technical specs, Ensure the offshore resources have a full understanding of the technical specs in question and are equipped to build the needed code, Test the code coming back from offshore to ensure that it meets the requirements, as documented. The onsite leads play a critical role in quality assurance, Skills needed: Very strong technical skills, ability to design technical solutions.
