Need EAD, Citizen or GC 6+ months boston, Java and WCF, architect: Senior Developer with software design/architecture experience needed to help drive a portfolio of projects for a financial services firm. Must bring a great attitude, be a team player, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies to help solve business systems problems in a high performance dynamic environment. The role requires the ability to develop an entire application, with a C#/.NET based rich client UI, Java-based middle-tier, and database/SQL coding. The person will also need to be able to communicate with a diverse team, and be a self-motivated, self-starter in getting projects completed on time. Must haves: - Extensive development experience from rich UI, to middle tier, to database/SQL coding - Experience in server side Java development and middle tier architecture - Web Services development experience - Rich Client development - Programming in Sybase, SQL, Oracle - Front end development experience w/ C#/.NET and WPF Financial Services experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Virtualization, VMWare and Citrix would be nice to have.
