Through combining business acumen and data analytic technologies, the team provides innovative and insightful information to aid in problem resolution and identifying new opportunities. This project is to build a marketing dashboard to measure the progress toward our goals for energy efficiency program adoption, and to measure the overall operational health of the marketing organization. Multiple source systems will be integrated for program information, actuals/pipeline versus forecasts, jurisdictional and customer type hierarchies.
