*Position*: OBI/ETL resource *Location*: Groton, CT *Duration*: 6 months *Skills required*: *ETL Informatica 8.1* – Execute workflows, read and create mappings/workflows. Debugging Informatica errors as and when required *QL & PL/SQL* – Knowledge of insert, select & other SQL comands. PL/SQL skill to create and update PLSQL SQL’s (including creation of cursors, packages, procedures etc.) Oracle Business Intelligence *OBI 10 G* (Previously know as Siebel Analytics) application and configuration knowledge, Oracle RDBMS Database management system – Skills for Performance tuning of SQL’s (reading explain plans, creating indexes to improve performance etc.) *Siebel 8.1* – Knowledge of *EIM* & Siebel tools to investigate/debug configuration limitations as well code in Siebel (preferred skill not a mandatory one) *Services required*: Resolve tickets assigned (Incidents, Service Request etc) Develop & Deliver enhancements Onsite – offshore coordination for support related activities. Support the application across multiple shifts.
