*Position*:* *Tibco Developer *Location*: Baltimore, MD *Duration*: 6 to 9 months 8-12 hours a day, 5-7 days a week depending on project needs. *Job Description:* * * This individual should have enough *recent extensive development experience to provide guidance in architecting integrations*. They must also play a *major role as a developer as well*. There is a high volume of development that needs to be completed for the project so everyone must contribute heavily in that area. This is not just an Architects role! The individual must be able to *communicate extremely well in both written and oral communications. Communication is very, very important.* They must be well organized and be able to participate and conduct meetings and handle presentations if needed. They should be team player and should be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. *Requirement:* • Expertise in developing process definitions in *TIBCO Business Works 5.x ,configuring services in TIBCO Adapters (MQ Adapter, Active Database and File Adapter), * • Familiarities with EAI concepts • Possesses *end-to-end architecture and working knowledge of TIBCO EMS and TIBCO RV*. • Exposure to SOAP, WSDL, JDBC, SQL, JNDI, XML, XSD, JMS, XPATH and J2EE best practices, design principles and techniques. • Experience in *process definition and process improvement disciplines* • *Strong working knowledge of RDBMS preferably Oracle and exposure to PL/SQL*. • Experience with the SDLC or Agile methodologies. • Process Orchestration, Web Services and SOA experience in a lead role • Integrating disparate environment including Mainframes, Unix, etc., • *Strong working knowledge of UNIX and NT operating systems.* • Working knowledge of TFS, XML canon, PVCS or any other version control systems. • Exposure to deployment of TIBCO Applications in UNIX and Windows environments. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • .Net C# experience would be plus. Verbal communication skills are key for this individual as well as the experience to work very autonomously. This individual *must have recently been engaged in developing TIBCO integrations*. Their experience with development must be extensive and broad. We are not looking for someone that is purely an architect they must be able to do the development as well.
