Title*: UNICA – IT ANALYST* Location*: San Jose, CA *Duration*: 6+ months contract, renewed quarterly * * * * * *Role and Deliverables* - Perform IT analysis for a new implementation of *Unicas Campaign product* - Understand business requirements - Perform gap analysis, and recommend solutions for addressing gaps - Write functional specifications documents - Work with technical team to translate functional specifications to technical design documents - Transfer knowledge to test and production support teams *Skills and Experience* - Understanding Marketing automation business processes and operations. - Previous enterprise implementation experience with Unica Affinium Campaign & configuration is a must. - Experience in implementing or integrating toolsets that support the web marketing channel (such as Omniture's Test & Target) is highly desired. - Solid communication and documentation skills. - Experience with Oracle database, Data Modeling, and SQL.
