The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others in cross functional teams to implement and assess the operational impact of changes to processes/procedures. Strong understanding and working business experience in several migrations for various ERP systems a must. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, to lead, influence others and set direction. Ability to contribute new ideas and find solutions to business challenges for External and Internal constituents. *Experience in business application support and migration support (for various ERPs) is a must - the candidate must have working experience re business application migration * *activities and detail management of performing the tasks required in such a project. * Demonstrated expertise in MS Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Oracle, and Word) and experience with MS Office Access. *Additional experience with supporting and migrating business data for complex ERP systems dealing with Financial expense management (e.g Concur, Works, Spendvision) is beneficial but not required. * Excellent business ethics is required and the successful candidate will have experience and demonstrated success in the above listed core competencies.
