oracle financial module.

Oracle MFG Functional Lead – Order Management/Advanced Pricing

Oracle MFG Business Systems Analyst – WMS upgrade systems analyst

Oracle MFG Techno-Functional – iStore

 

The candidates need to have functioned in a “functional lead”
capacity for several ORACLE MFG implementations/upgrades.

 

Our client has an immediate gap on the OM (order management) Advanced
Pricing Functional Lead side.

 

(Additional information for consultants )

 
Provide consulting expertise specifically in the area of the Oracle
Order Management suite, with an emphasis on order processing surrounding
order entry thru booking in order to design and implement solutions to
meet approved business requirements. The position will be recognized as
a functional expert for the Oracle Order Management application suite
and expected to participate in developing new system solutions during
Sector ERP implementations. 
 
• Develop critical working relationships within the business and
across functional work streams to understand Sector business
requirements; guide resolution via system functionality, enhancement,
and/or business process change. 
 
• Coordinate Sector design requirements and configurations with
ongoing implementations through active engagement and review with the
Enterprise Change Manager (ECM). The analyst will be responsible for
keeping all related documents such as BR100s, MD50s, rationale documents
and process flows current. • The position may lead small teams that
include both internal resources as well as external consultants.

• Problem solving is the extent to which the position is governed by
established practices, rules, regulations, manuals, counsel/advice and
independent thinking. It also includes the degree of complexity or
original thinking required. 
 
Typical problem will be: 
 
- Redesign of business’s financial processes 
- Will be required to analyze current processes, and implement most cost
effective and best practice process changes to accommodate the
implementation of the system. 
 
• Must have excellent project management, time management and
facilitation skills on process design and change management. 
 
• Will look to solve problems using the standard functionality of the
system before recommending enhancements. 
 
• New designs will be flexible to include potential future
requirements without the need for recode. 
 
Knowledge: 
Persons are required to have high degree of knowledge and experience of
the following 
 
Oracle 11i areas: 
• Oracle 11i Order Management 
• Oracle 11i Pricing 
• RICE development cycle 
• Integration of Oracle Apps to 3rd party software 
 
 
Person should also have process knowledge related to: 
• Manual order processing in a manufacturing environment 
• EDI order processing 
 
 
Formal education requirement: 
Bachelor’s Degree. MBA a plus. 
Minimum years of experience necessary: 3-5 years of Oracle
Implementation experience. 
Three or more full life cycle ERP implementations.
