*Duration: 6 Months* *Location: NC*** * * Business Analyst to perform work for the federally-required Medicaid MITA State Self-Assessment. The resource will assist in determining the Client’s future goals for MITA and the mapping of the Client’s Medicaid processes to the "to be" MITA maturity levels. The resource will also assist with the Behavioral Health MITA State Self-Assessment by analyzing the Behavioral Health MITA Business Processes and Business Capabilities Matrices to determine the "as is" and "to be" MITA maturity levels for Behavioral Health. DHHS is required by CMS to analyze 79 Medicaid MITA business processes, each with an associated MITA business capability matrix which defines MITA Maturity Levels. DHHS will also develop new MITA business processes which address North Carolina Medicaid''''s unique program needs. There are an additional 80 Behavioral Health MITA business processes which will also have to be assessed as part of the Behavioral Health MITA State Self-Assessment. The Business Analyst will work under the direction of the DHHS MITA SS-A Project Lead and in concert with 3 additional Business Analysts in the performance of work.
