Knowledge of *TELON and ChangeMan* is desired but not required. - Strong knowledge in *COBOL* - Good experience with *relational databases and writing SQL statements* - Strong communication skills. The expected deliverable would include but not limited to understanding the business requirements, preparing design documentation, develop the code and perform unit and integration testing.
