*Job Title : SAP HR/HRIS experience Location : Plano, TX Duration : Perm Position Rate : $80k EAD /GC/ US Citizens Only please.* Responsibilities: Maintain and assist IT with system development and upgrades to SAP HR Data system. Develop and manage data audit processes that ensure accuracy of data entry. Diagnose business situations and developing compensation interventions as required for the situation, assisting with non-compensation interventions as needed. Report writing and analysis. Annual salary planning and salary range program management. Business liaison between HR and IT supporting all HR systems. Assist with pay transaction auditing. Prepare job documentation, research program types, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelors Degree is required Alternative combinations of education and experience will not be accepted in lieu of degree.
