We Need consultant for System Administrator

*Job Title : System Administrator
Location : Palo Alto, CA
Duration : 6 months
Rate : $50/Hr*
Purpose: 1 of 2 / 3-6 Months Each Celerra Resource
Responsibilities include:
• Interface with storage, server and database administrators to identify
and resolve storage problems.
• Works on trouble tickets.
• Zoning and Storage Provisioning
• Participate in creation and maintenance of Operational Run
Books/Documentation
• Participate in the design, planning and implementation of business
continuance and disaster recovery plans and implementation..
• Data migration for Celerra and Clariion.
• Configuration, storage layout and performance tuning of storage
infrastructure in accordance with EMC Best Practice
• Recommend changes to procedures which result in operational optimization.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis reviews when applicable.
• Cross train and knowledge transfer to Storage team members
Tasks: Storage Allocation, Scripting - Shell, Status
Reporting,
Tasking Other: OS Administration; Startup/Shutdown Procedures;
Backup Administration
Skills Hardware: Brocade Switches, Celerra, Celerra Gateway,
Skills Software: Celerra Manager,
Skills OS: Skills Other ECC Performance Mgr;
Skills Nice to DMX; CLARiiON; CX IP; Celerra; Celerra Mgr; ECC
Storage Scope; ECC ; Automatic Resource Mgr;
Have: Powerpath; Solutions Enabler CLI; Snapview
