Business Analysis experience in documenting *Siebel functional use cases & functional design documents* d. Experience in *fit-gap analysis, and in facilitating JAD sessions* e. Experience in *configuring Siebel tools, task based UI, Siebel workflow* f. Good Knowledge of *Business Service Scripting, Siebel EAI, Siebel EIM, Reports* g. Ability *interacting with offshore teams (10-50 size team) in a technical capacity* h. Excellent communication skills *Preferred Experience* a*. (Auto) Insurance experience preferred. Knowledge of Insurance Quote is a plus* b. Experience in *Haley/Siebel OPA & Siebel RTD is a plus* c.
