Reply to [email protected] and [email protected] *Title: Unix Admin with HP Testing tools* *Location: Jacksonville FL* *Length: 18 months* Job Description: ** *This position requires an in-depth knowledge of system architecture in order to purchase, consolidate, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain hardware platforms on both UNIX and Wintel infrastructure.* * This position will also require support of all HP Test tool applications supported by SEPG Testing, fulfilling the role of a tier 3 support expert.* Primary Responsibilities: * Package new releases of software * Perform server side upgrades of new version/patch levels of existing software * Perform Tier 3 support duties on the following applications: HP Quality Center, HP Performance Center, HP, SiteScope, HP Diagnostics, HP Project & Portfolio Management, Blueprint, Subversion, HP QuickTest Professional * Keep all Production Applications in compliance with all Security requirements * Able to integrate SiteMinder /Active Directory with all testing applications supported by the SEPG Testing group * Full understanding of Certificate Management * General and Application Specific SQL knowledge * Create admin documentation regarding commonly performed tasks * Develop and maintain separate DEV/UAT environments for all production applications * Migrate multiple Quality Center instances into Center of Excellence * Migrate multiple Performance Center instances into Center of Excellence * Migrate unknown numbers of QTP, SiteScope and Diagnostics into the central instance Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required * Solid working knowledge of SQL and Windows * Solid working knowledge of infrastructure as it relates to the tools platform * Ability to trouble shoot from the VM to physical server to the application itself * Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills * Must have a strong customer service orientation * Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, resolve problems, excellent follow through, and simultaneously manage multiple priorities to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.
