Java Opening (2 positions) Location: St Louis, MO Duration: 6 months Job Roles / Responsibilities: Onsite Prod Ops Lead: Should have very good communication skills to interact with Client on a daily basis. Should be Technically Strong to triage production outages, recommend resolutions, ability to understand business needs, and have good knowledge of healthcare domain. Will have responsibilities including * Functioning as the SPOC for Client's Production Support Client Lead(PSCL) and management team, as requested * Supporting Client PSCL and management team in the coordination and completion of enhancement activities. * Working with the delivery teams to constantly improve the development process and ensure smooth execution of the project. * Working with the Client PSCL to streamline the support process and ensure smooth execution of the applications in production * Reporting to program manager as required * Understanding and documenting the Business requirements with Client staff * Disseminating requirements to Supplier's project team. * Coordinating the preparation of high-level design and low-level design documents * Establishing the Project standards and work-breakdown models * Ensuring the quality of deliverables * Providing accurate and timely status * Working with Client counterparts to resolve issues * Managing and maintain project plan. * Advising the Client Production Support management , as requested * Managing Change Control process with the Client PSCL * Attending technical reviews conducted by Client staff * Assisting in the Change Control process * Coordinating Supplier's management and technical reviews. Preferred Qualifications: - A BS in Computer Science or related field, with 7+ Yrs of experience. - A minimum of three years experience in the healthcare insurance sector. - A minimum of four years in production support (technical support) of J2EE based web portals. - A minimum of 2 years experience in the administration of WebSphere servers. - A minimum of 3 years of work experience in working under GDM (Global Production Operation Technical Support, involving offshore) - A minimum of 2 years experience in analyzing/writing complicated SQL queries involving million+ records, in either Oracle similar DBs. - Prior experience in Coaching and Mentoring team members - Need the candidates with excellent communication skills and should be proactive and good leader.
