 *Description:*


Works on enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to
end analysis and future state redesign. Develops business case for proposed
technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates. Develops
and leads redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams
across the business. May support to M&A integration efforts, possibly taking
a lead role. May coach teams in six sigma process and tools. Drives business
awareness of quality/process methodology.
This position(s) will be part of the Correspondent and Wholesale Project
Management Office. Knowledge of third party mortgage lending would be highly
desirable.

* Strong ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple
sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details,
abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and
distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
* Strong ability to drive and challenge business units on their assumptions
of how they will successfully execute their plans.
* Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal
customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and
deliver the appropriate artifacts as needed (I.e. Software Requirements
Specification, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI Screen and
Interface designs).
* Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a
thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and
translate them into application and operational requirements.
* Strong ability to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts
to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability
and performance needs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and
subject matter experts.
* Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
* Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of
how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application
and operational requirements.
* 4-year degree or equivalent experience plus 10 years business and
leadership experience with demonstrated process design and business
requirements writing experience.
* Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
* Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook, and Visio.
