Develops business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates. Develops and leads redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams across the business. May support to M&A integration efforts, possibly taking a lead role. May coach teams in six sigma process and tools. Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology. This position(s) will be part of the Correspondent and Wholesale Project Management Office. Knowledge of third party mortgage lending would be highly desirable. * Additional details are below:* * Strong ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. * Strong ability to drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. * Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the appropriate artifacts as needed (I.e.
