As a Silverlight developer, you will: Understand business requirements, plan, analyze, design, develop, deploy & coordinate with other team members. Design end user interface based on Silverlight. Develop Silverlight code, unit tests and work with the test team towards resolving bugs Follow procedures for coding conventions and documentation Participate in daily/weekly project team meetings Occasionally contact customers as may be needed to clarify the intent of a new feature or resolve a problem.
