Architect exp is a huge plus but not required. Strong XML exp is required. This is not an intranet based position. This is an internet based position (prefers cross browser rich client interface exp). Some newer technologies would be a huge plus - appfabric (velocity), SOLID, MVC framework (not MVC pattern which is completely different).
