Perform upgrades, new installations, enhancements and configuration changes as needed. Monitor daily operations and troubleshoot problems. Operate, monitor, maintain and support data center infrastructure equipment. Adhere to corporate change management policies and practices. Work on cross department and function projects. Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation. Help other IT teams like server, storage, AFS/NFS in their day to day operations.
